Hi, I'm Joe Weathers. Marketing and sales are my primary areas of expertise, although I also thrive in a Project Management environment as well. Having started work in the real estate industry at a very young age, I have an extensive knowledge of the processes and techniques needed to maintain and grow a thriving real estate business. I am a very motivated person who takes a personal interest in whatever work I'm doing. Having worked in a family business during my high school years, I learned the entrepreneurial spirit of giving it your all. Most people can't escape the "This is just my job" mentality, but I've never had that attitude. Finding creative solutions to problems brings me joy in life. I love thinking outside the box and doing something new. But I also love learning from others, and am not opposed to the tried and true methods that work. Analytics, statistics, and testing fascinate me. I am constantly running A/B tests on our marketing to squeeze the most of of each email, pageview, tweet, or Facebook post. One of my favorite responsibilities is product research and development. Figuring out what the customers want, following it through, and seeing the results is exciting to me. I love working with a team to figure out who should do what, creating a game plan, and making it happen. Organization and project management is where I thrive. Content and advertising writing is something I've studied on my own for quite awhile. I enjoy communicating ideas to people in an exciting way.
